Starting a Practice Group in Ireland

My name is Bardis Seabury I would like to start an Irish Practice Group.  I live near Edenderry, Co. An experienced leadership development consultant in the UK, I am now caring for elderly relatives in Ireland.
What is your experience with NVC?
I have completed a foundation course and intend to complete a course around the topic of conflict in December
What needs do you hope this site will meet for you?
An opportunity to learn from other group members, especially in relation to compassionately connecting with people who have attributed violent motives to me
