Practice Groups
NVC practice groups are groups of invdividuals (usually of varying experience) who meet together to practice NVC and share empathy. All the groups are different, as they cater for the needs of individual members. You will find some groups are peer led; others may follow a workbook: while others are supported by a coach. Many of the groups only accept members who have done a 2 day NVC foundation training, or equivalent, to be sure that the group keeps a focus on 'practice'.
